Full Floor Offices for Financial Services

Senior PM on JLL team for a full floor build out. Client required a fixed price, all in design / build approach that required a fixed price contract for all construction, fees, and FF&E.

Met with Senior Saudi leadership in Riyadh to secure approvals.

Successfully refuted over $150K worth of unjustified Change Orders.

The project was completed at height of the Covid epidemic and completed on time.

FF&E Procurement for US & US Possessions

While at Trimbach, managed an internal team for the implementation of a $22M furniture contract for TSA and FAM locations throughout the US.

Trimbach was received the “Small Business Award for excellent performance of the contract.

Multi Site Roll Out of Corporate Offices.

While at Trimbach, provided Design, PM, and FF&E services for all US and Latin American Offices during SAP’s initial growth.

Many products that were needed and had not been invented. Trimbach team collaborated with Herman Miller for the design of new FF&E product types that are now common in the work place.

Partial Floor Buildout in Lower Manhattan for Movie Special Effects Company

Senior PM on JLL team representing the tenant for a landlord build out. Design modifications were required to maintain the budget.

Successfully refuted over $50K worth of Change Orders that were proposed by the landlord due to minor scope adjustments.

Cost Feasibility Study for Student Center

Provided (2) Design Scope Presentations as a basis for a cost feasibility study.

Included working with focus groups for needs assessment and scope definition.
